We perform the recruitment and selection process for a multinational company specialized in production and distribution of mechanical components, for the following position:

 Sales Back Office Responsible

Location – Cluj

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting local and national markets;
• Contacting potential customers if requested;
• Maintaining a good relationship with current clients;
• Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms;
• Receiving and fill telephone/email orders for parts;
• Organizing the activity of the sales department delegations;
• Preparing offers and contracts;
• Supervising the payment situations;
• Organizing and renewing the customer database;
• Responsible for Contracts, Additional;
• Maintaining a constant and optimal relationship with customer.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in call center, sales or back office positions;
• Bachelor’s degree;
• Proficiency in English;
• Very good abilities MS Office and in ERP type systems;
• Strong communication skills;
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude;
• Pro-activity, result and client oriented person.
