We perform the recruitment and selection process for a multinational company specialized in production and distribution of mechanical components, for the following position:
Sales Back Office Responsible
Location – Cluj
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting local and national markets;
- Contacting potential customers if requested;
- Maintaining a good relationship with current clients;
- Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms;
- Receiving and fill telephone/email orders for parts;
- Organizing the activity of the sales department delegations;
- Preparing offers and contracts;
- Supervising the payment situations;
- Organizing and renewing the customer database;
- Responsible for Contracts, Additional;
- Maintaining a constant and optimal relationship with customer.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in call center, sales or back office positions;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Proficiency in English;
- Very good abilities MS Office and in ERP type systems;
- Strong communication skills;
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude;
- Pro-activity, result and client oriented person.
