Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for the position of:
STORYTELLER
Location: Cluj Napoca
Responsibilities:
- Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends;
- Elaborates and implements online marketing strategies;
- Creates E-mail marketing campaigns to promote PSIHOSELECT’s services;
- Creates direct mail pieces, taglines and web page content;
- Responsible for Content Creation (articles, newsletters e-books, blog articles, landing pages);
- Ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects;
- Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template;
- Develops unique, new social media strategies that will be presented and discussed with the team, in order to agree the most suitable working concepts;
- Creates slogans, messages and strap lines for the company’s blog;
- Writes text for web, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+ and other sources;
- Hands-on implementing & managing user acquisition campaigns through Facebook Ads, Google Ads;
- Compels unique content for enhanced sales and brand awareness;
- Tracks and analyzes direct and interactive marketing campaigns;
- Uses statistical analysis and reports to create and improve campaigns;
- Coordinates and monitor the maintenance, integrity and security of several databases;
- Keeps the e-mail marketing database up-to-date;
- Keeps up to date with popular culture and trends in sales and online marketing.
Requirements:
- Working experience 1-2 years; experience as a copywriter is not necessary;
- Experience in Sales represents an advantage;
- Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Foreign Languages or Business and Administration represents an advantage);
- Fluency in English;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Experienced with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Internet Marketing is a plus;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Have an eye for detail;
- Have an interest in online marketing;
- Be highly creative and imaginative; have good written and interpersonal skills.
