Psihoselect is recruiting for a partner company known for their premium industrial consumable products for the following position:
TERRITORY SALES MANAGER
Possible Location: CJ/AB/ BH/ BN/ HR/ MM/ MS/ SJ/ SM
Role: responsible for management of the B2B customer portfolio, maintaining a long-term relationship and maximizing sales, customer retention and satisfaction and new business development in the regional allocated market.
Essential Functions:
• Develops new customers in a manner that will achieve short and long-term, profitable growth of the business in the regional market, the Territory Sales Manager has a role model and actively drive the company’s Business plan;
• Identify new prospects and communicates new product opportunities;
• Analyze the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to the company;
• Define ambitious and realistic sales targets and distribute these targets and/or sales platform targets;
• Develop and increase the market regarding company’s portfolio;
• Identify B2B clients from the company’s specified areas;
• Negotiate and close contracts with B2B clients;
• Implement marketing actions, brand and image components, according to the marketing strategy;
• Build strong external networks and make the company known as a leader in the field;
• Determine price schedules and discount rates according to the company policy, with strong collaboration with the Country Sales Manager;
• Communicate approved retail activities, promotional plan, in the targeted market;
• Maintain permanent contact with the customers, daily report activities in CRM;
• Regularly report sales results, as well as peek up to date on sales and other strategic changes that effecting the sales process;
• Coordinate sales and marketing effort with other departments of the company;
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability;
• Monitor and give timely feedback on competition, new product model or trends existing in the market;
• On a weekly basis visit end users and distributors and actively participate in events for clients;
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
• + 3 years relevant working experience in B2B sales position role or related positions
with resulted track record (PPE or safety/industrial field will be a plus);
• Good experience with sales to end customers, industrial type customers;
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields, or relevant field experience;
• Upper intermediate in English;
• Deep analytical capability and ability to apply strategic thinking to business development actions;
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as a team member to achieve goals;
• Time management skills with an ability to priorities and manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances;
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Programs or other relevant programs – CRM;
• Positive result driven and hands-on attitude.
