Branch Manager
Location- Oradea
Role: As a Branch Manager, you will develop and attain sales objectives, while managing the staff and encouraging a positive work environment. The Branch Manager ensures the customer satisfaction and the operation of the Center, through a practical, efficient approach with results in increasing productivity and achieving sales objectives.
Essential Functions:
- Develops business partnerships for the sale of cars, trucks, AfterSales services and car parts;
- Oversees and manages all aspects of the business such as Sales, Financial, Customer Service, Car Service, Marketing / PR / events, Human Resources, optimization of goods inventory management segments;
- Coordinates the activity of the staff, offers support, guidance and motivation, in order to achieve the objectives;
- Implements strategies, sales plans, develops customer relationships (B2B, individuals and legal entities);
- Ensures the generation of sales and the achievement of sales objectives;
- Analyzes financial objectives, business plans, financial forecasts, the business environment, market potential;
- Makes predictions, monitors the evolution, identifies the preferences and needs of the clients in order to determine the concentration of the sales efforts – monitors the activity of the competition (prices, services);
- Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance;
- Establish long-range objectives, specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them;
- Manage, solves clients’ requests and meet their needs, together with the team;
- Shares experience, efficient practices, and opportunities with other branches;
- Exercises an appropriate level of leadership for the organization, manages the culture and builds a team atmosphere;
- Identifies, implements improvement actions that respond to challenges and supports development opportunities.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- + 3 years relevant working experience with team coordination;
- Significant working experience in direct sales;
- Proven experience in affiliate management or a similar role – nice to have;
- Solid knowledge in sales, marketing, management;
- Specialized knowledge in automotive industry;
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationships skills;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Advanced level of English;
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner, high level of integrity;
- Positive result driven and hands on attitude;
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and accuracy;
- Impeccable communication and organizational skills;
- MS Office suite knowledge;
- Driving license (B category);
- Availability to travel as needed.
