Psihoselect is recruiting for a multinational partner company, specialized in electronics production and distribution for the following position:
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Location – Bucharest
Role: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for concepting and building a number of varied digital programs, including PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, social program and email marketing/inbound programs. This includes overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize them via trend analysis and data-driven decision making. They will also write and proofread engaging ad copy, make creative suggestions for ad templates, and prepare and present status reports to clients. This position will serve as a strategic component across our integrated marketing approach.
Essential Functions:
- Manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing programs, including SEO, PPC and social media campaigns;
- Drive organic search strategy and execution aligned to paid search strategies;
- Work closely with the social media agency to build social content designed to create valuable and engaging interactions;
- Continuous analysis of digital development and insights of campaign activity;
- End-to-end ownership of multichannel, paid media campaigns;
- Act as the strategic and executional lead through implementation process;
- Track and monitor communication programs and their effectiveness to identify latest trends;
- Building advertising funnels and be able to direct the design team on building landing pages for all the campaigns;
- Evaluate remarketing strategies as well as all acquisition channels, measure and optimize; performance of projects using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to drive impactful change
- Supporting the Digital Strategy on all company’s brands by conducting research, analyzing data to generate insights, and staying plugged into the latest and greatest in digital trends and tech;
- Supporting sales and marketing teams by arming them with regularly updated consumer insights and learnings;
- Maintain close relationship with key internal stakeholders,
- The position is part of a Global team – having support from the HQ.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- + 5 years’ experience in digital marketing positions, e-commerce background is a must;
- Proven results with planning, execution and optimization of SEO, social and direct marketing programs, and initiatives;
- Expert understanding of Google AdWords, Google Analytics and CMS tools;
- Strong level of SEO knowledge and experience with web analytics: developing reports, sharing dashboards, and communicating the story around overall performance;
- Experience in developing and managing social media programs, including developing ad copy, and managing paid social programs;
- Strategic and creative thinking – always focusing on innovative, but measurable solutions;
- Entrepreneurial and problem-solving spirit;
- Ability to and experience with, working across teams and departments and agencies as vendors;
- Fluent in English.
