SALES ACCOUNT INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Location: Cluj-Napoca
Role: Primary customer relationship development and responsible for communication and resolution of customer requests, developing new sales leads starting from the current customers portfolio. Performs delegated financial and administrative related tasks and stock management.
Essential Functions:
- Establish and generate new sales using existing and potential customer network, studying the market in the target countries;
- In the collaboration with Sales Manager, develops an annual strategy and monthly monitoring schedule for sales;
- Reach ambitious sales targets through existing customers and new business, international accounts;
- Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts;
- Planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends;
- Planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges;
- Meeting with clients in the allocated countries, very well planned as objectives and plans;
- Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets;
- Managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents;
- Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports;
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions;
- Monitor sales metrics;
- Have product knowledge and create a unique selling proposition;
- Plan regional sales budget and develop a sales plan for key accounts and customers in the countries allocated as region;
- Organize product trials, meetings, demonstrations and promotions for potential clients and sales opportunities;
- Retrieval documents related to selling and archiving.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- + 3 years in a similar position, sales, customer service, customer support experience;
- English language proficiency is a must;
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Result and goal oriented and problem-solving attitude, in a proactive way;
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process, export procedures and customer service practices;
- Having a commercial focus: active response to opportunities and threats with the aim of improving profits, combined with financial insight and business-like approaches;
- Ability to adapt to changing internal and external circumstances, and moreover openness to new ideas; Social person. Good listener, a lot of patience;
- Attention to details: avoiding mistakes by verifying their own work, carrying out tasks in organized, logical and neat way;
- Customer and service orientation: anticipating specified (and unspecified) needs of clients, ability to translate those needs into concrete actions in a commercially advantageous way;
- Understanding the conditions and the laws for trade in the EU and export of goods;
- Ability of cross selling and up selling techniques;
- Knowledge and application of sales techniques to achieve the objectives;
- Computer skills: technical communication, fluent computer literacy in all Microsoft Office products;
- Driving license category B.
