Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production for the following position:

HR RECRUITER

Location: Satu Mare

 

Role: The HR Recruiter will execute recruiting strategies and complete full-life cycle recruiting tasks. The HR Recruiter represents the organization to applicants, onboarding employees, community recruiting sources, and internal hiring teams. The HR Recruiter will lead all aspects of recruiting within the organization.

 

Essential Functions:

• Conduct the recruitment process for the assigned positions: drafting and posting job ads, sourcing and screening of applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, and maintaining professional contact with everyone involved in the recruitment process, namely hiring managers and candidates;
• Provides strategic HR support, identifies recruiting needs and builds relevant candidate pipelines in order to meet future demands and accelerate business;
• Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates for both professional and culture fit and advise the business in making the right hiring decisions;
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
• Stay updated on latest recruiting and industry trends to continuously evolve candidate pipeline and service levels;
• Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;
• Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements;
• Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensations, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities;
• Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate;
• Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures;
• Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications;
• Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed;
• Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staff needs;
• Stay up to date with trends and technology for candidate sourcing.

 

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

• + 2 years relevant working experience in recruiting, from blue collar to white collar open positions
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields;
• Conversational level in Romanian, Hungarian and in English;
• Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques;
• Desire and energy to continuously improve recruiting processes;
• Ability to prioritize and handle own workload with a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude;
• Ability to think analytically, so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization;
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills;
• Proactive problem solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions;
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and accuracy;
• MS Office suite, ERP type tools – HR module, Social Media platform knowledge.
