HR SOLUTIONS LEAD
Location: Cluj-Napoca
Role: HR Solutions Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end human resources initiatives and recruitment projects that align with the company client strategic business goals. This focus is on operational execution, overseeing complex candidate assessments, internal process optimization and the digitalization of HR workflows. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who combines data-driven reporting with a people-centric approach to enhance the overall employee and candidate experience.
Essential Functions:
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment and HR projects personally, ensuring every step aligns with the client’s specific business culture;
- Partner directly with the CEO to define long-term talent plans, recruitment strategies, and robust assessment frameworks;
- Analyze complex information to resolve operational bottlenecks and take ownership of decisions that impact project success;
- Design and deliver a diverse range of specialized workshops, tailored to address specific organizational challenges, enhance team performance, and develop core professional competencies;
- Build and implement retention frameworks that foster high-performance environments where employees are motivated to evolve.
- Prepare analytical and strategic HR reports for executive leadership, providing insights into pipeline health, recruitment metrics and operational efficiency;
- Create, standardize, and update internal HR procedures to ensure compliance, improve quality and scale operations;
- Translate business needs into technical requirements; lead the implementation of internal tools to improve data accuracy and workflow visibility;
- Consistently apply high-quality standards to create an outstanding client experience, focusing on continuous improvement and service excellence;
- Oversee competency-based interviews and design assessment centers for senior-level and niche roles;
- Ensure a professional, consistent, and positive journey for all candidates, strengthening the employer brand in the market;
- Manage internship and trainee programs, including development planning and performance evaluations;
- Design and standardize Job Descriptions and Specifications across a diverse client portfolio, defining tailored KPIs and competency frameworks that align with each client’s specific industry and business model.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a mid-to-senior HR role, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, or HR advisory services;
- University degree in related field;
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory;
- Expertise in advanced search techniques (Boolean), database management, and HR digitalization;
- Ability to map market trends and translate them into actionable talent pipelines;
- Ability to translate HR metrics (turnover, engagement scores, exit data) into actionable business recommendations;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to both C-suite executives and candidates;
- Proactive mindset focused on optimizing workflows and raising quality standards;
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and compliance standards;
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, adapting communication styles to fit various organizational cultures;
- Skill in creating applied learning materials that bridge the gap between theory and day-to-day operational needs.
