Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for the following position:

AREA SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: CJ, MS, HR, CV, BN, SJ, SM, MM, AB

Responsibilities: 

• Develops and increases the market on this region;
• Promotes and sells the company’s products;
• Establishes relationship with new clients and maintains relationship with existing clients;
• Negotiates and closes contracts with clients
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses;
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management;
• Coordinates sales effort with other departments of the company (marketing, logistics, delivery);
• Analyzes the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to the company;
• Prepares action plans, schedules and status reports.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree (technical domain is a plus);
• Minimum 3 years experience on a similar sales position;
• English – intermediate level;
• Results-driven person with strong communication and negotiating abilities.
• Driving License.
