Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production
for the following position:
FINANCIAL MANAGER
Location – Cluj County
The role of a Financial Manager will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, “controlling” (business administration), HR, supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the financial health of the organization;
- Manage financial controls and accounting procedures;
- Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with applicable;
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action;
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take regulatory legislation for financial and tax reporting;
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans;
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payable, account receivables, expenses etc;
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget;
- Manage HR functions and acquisition;
- Supply chain management.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years responsible financial leadership roles;
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns;
- Has a solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles;
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations;
- Experience with business administration process and tools;
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, ERP type tools and financial reporting software;
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles;

- Proficiency in English, German is an advantage;
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner, high level of integrity;
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
