SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR – Location: Mureș County

Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in the production field for the position of:
SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR
LOCATION: MUREȘ COUNTY
Role: We are seeking a strategic and visionary Sales & Marketing Director, a high-end professional with strong leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset, who thrives on driving growth, optimizing performance, and using the commercial strategy to achieve ambitious business goals.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and implement short and long-term commercial strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share across multiple regions and distribution channels;
- Identify opportunities for business development in national and regional markets, including B2B partnerships (e.g., real estate developers, architects, horeca, office clients) and premium retail;
- Define and enforce the national commercial sales policy for direct clients, dealers, and furniture retailers, aligning pricing, terms, and margin strategies;
- Handle strategic key accounts and large-scale custom projects;
- Lead the negotiation and ongoing management of commercial contracts with major clients, retail networks, and project-based partners;
- Supervise sales activity of Regional Sales Managers, field sales agents, and ensure strong sales strategies tactics tailored to each territory;
- Supervise the development and execution of national marketing campaigns to promote collections, showroom launches, and project-based solutions;
- Guide the marketing specialist in content creation, digital marketing, trade show presence, and local promotional activities, ensuring alignment with sales priorities and brand identity;
- Expand brand visibility and product positioning through partnerships;
- Manage the commercial budget and monitor performance indicators, ensuring profitability, cost control, and return on marketing investments;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure product and brand consistency.
- Promote efficient internal processes and best practices across sales administration, client communication, and lead conversion;
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- + 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience with multi-regional or national market coverage, combined with proven expertise in marketing strategy development and execution;
- Strong background in industries such as construction materials (including electrical and accessories), manufacturing, PVC sales, wood products, MDF/PAL panels, or OEM products integrated into final solutions;
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, key account management, and complex contract negotiations;
- Solid marketing understanding, with experience in coordinating campaigns and aligning marketing efforts with sales goals;
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to problem solving and business development;
- Fluent spoken and written English;
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
