Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for the following position
COST CONTROLLER
Location: Cluj-Napoca
The company is an multinational industry leader dedicated to manufacturing very focused on organizational culture
Responsabilities:
- Define standard costs of the components/product starting from BoM;
- Involve in the yearly budget preparation and in Standard cost definition;
- Provide End of Month closing;
- Maintain and develop cost controlling systems and cost structures by monitoring and analyze company costs and performing cost variance analysis;
- Support Plant Management providing by detailed KPI’s reporting;
- Prepare and deliver to Group Headquarter Standard and/or specific reporting;
- Lead different projects;
- Report to Business Controller Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Economics is required;
- 2 years experience in production/industrial plants;
- Very good understanding of product cost accounting and Bill of Material (BoM) deployment;
- SAP knowledge is an advantage;
- Fluent in English spoken and written;
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office.
