Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for the following position
DEVELOPMENT QUALITY ENGINEER
The company is a leading international automotive supplier specialized in the development and production of systems, modules and individual plastic components
Location – Pitesti
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all parties involved and all the concepts in which Quality intervene (internal and external);
- Participating in the development of the FMEAs;
- Defining the model of control device with the customer and follow the supplier for its proper performance;
- Coordinating improvement groups;
- Planning and use of control devices and production of initial samples;
- When required by the responsible for product and in coordination with him, assist in the presentations;
- Asking offers (price and delivery time) to suppliers of control devices so that they are available for measuring the first parts of the mould;
- Selecting the supplier who is technically more suitable for manufacturing the control devices;
- Coordinating of testing in external laboratory monitoring cost and delivery time;
- Creating documentation in accordance with the quality system;
- Completing the documentation required by the customer;
- Ensuring the quality of pre-series shipments;
- Validating processes by means of audits and block processes in case non-conformities are detected;
- Managing claims and returns of parts from customers;
- Performing follow-up and validation of the corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 year experience;
- University degree in Engineering;
- 3D geometry and statistics vision (training will be applied if required);
- Knowledge automotive customers desirable;
- Knowledge of FMEA (training will be applied if necessary);
- Practical knowledge of processes and injection (training will be applied if required);
- Language skills – English;
- Availability to travel.
