Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production and distribution of electronics for the following position:
SALES DIRECTOR
Location – Bucharest
Role: Ensure profitable growth of the company sales in accordance with strategic goals of the company building mutual profitable business with Key Accounts to satisfy customer’s requirements and consumer’s needs.
Essential Functions:
- Taking into account the Subsidiary Business Plan, market trends, define the sales strategic Plan;
- Prepare the yearly/monthly sales budget;
- Develop the annual sales plans for the Key clients and individual large important customers;
- Plan and develop the Key clients projects;
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on Trade Spend position each month; monitor progress of Revenue Management (Gross to Net);
- Provide the monthly rolling forecast (by quantities and revenues);
- Implement the Group commercial Policy within the Country;
- Define, together with Marketing and Partners the yearly Promotional Plan;
- Carefully assess the Sales organization in term of competences and skills;
- Monitoring the fulfillment of the contract terms by key clients;
- Sales monitoring and analysis.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business/marketing or related discipline is required – MBA is a plus;
- + 8 years of relevant experience required, Sales and Account Management, for global brands active in Romanian market;
- Proven experience in leading a sales team to reach strategic results;
- Analytical skills, sales and team management skills, key account management skills, negotiation skills, the ability to see the general picture, developed understanding of the business;
- Proactivity, dynamics, responsibility, leadership skills, the ability to work under the pressure and meet deadlines, result orientation;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP, and reporting tools;
- Experience managing a local sales and cross-functional resource for key strategic account;
- Interpersonal skills to interface effectively with the necessary stakeholder;
- Strategic and proactive thinking to develop sales strategies and translate them into distribution, shelving, pricing, and merchandising achievements to close gaps and increase sales;
- Strong data analytic skills to monitor, track and proactively address customer performance with respect to volume, and distribution, report, and track accounts as a contribution to the overall sales results;
- Effective story telling competencies to present key insights in front of internal and external stakeholders;
- Growth mindset and desire to build a successful career with a growing global company;
- Management presentation competencies to effectively present key category insights in front of internal and external stakeholders;
- Experience managing a team to deliver results;
- Advanced written, oral and presentation skills in English.
