Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production for the following position:
SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Location: BIHOR
Role: The Senior HR Business Partner will coordinate the local HR department (4 persons) – with focus on recruiting, training and developing people, ensuring a good development of the activities along with securing a good flow of information between the local Human Resources department and all the other sectors within the company. Moreover, it will be carrying out other activities specific to the department: issuing reports, situations, presentations, having a good collaboration with HQ HR Department implementing the Group HR policies.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate the activity of the local HR department and the assigned project – providing support for any other project initiated in the department;
- Coordinate recruitment and selection, orientation and integration/training of new employees for each department assigned to his/her area of responsibility, manage situations of disciplinary, conflict, crisis responsibility, etc.;
- Carry out the entire recruitment process (create and post recruitment ads, select CVs, schedule interviews with candidates based on their competencies, administer tests and draw up a shortlist of selected candidates);
- Responsible for developing the job description for each existing position in the company and ensures that each employee has on file a signed copy corresponding to the position in which he/she works;
- Ensure that Job Titles, JDs, cost centers, skill matrix are consistent with the business reality/job classification;
- Prepare job offers, negotiate and present the salary offer to the accepted candidates;
- Prepare and apply evaluation tests to candidates according to the specifics of the job for which they recruit: PC, English, psychological test, etc.;
- Responsible for conducting exit interviews with people leaving the company and analyzing the reasons for leaving, as well as identifying possible problems and trends, coming up with solutions to solve them;
- Maintain the relationship with the service providers with whom it collaborates (e.g. recruitment companies or others);
- Check the accuracy of invoices issued by human resources service providers;
- Create and develop professional development programs for employees (BCD, BCI and White) in accordance with the department and business requirements;
- Responsible for data accuracy in all documents/programs used (ERP type tools);
- Represent the company at human resources events related to recruitment (job fairs, presentations at faculties/universities), and maintain the relationship with the created contacts;
- Responsible for organizing practice projects for students within the company.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- + 7 years of relevant working experience in HR positions;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Fluent in English – both orally and writing;
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
- Ability to identify issues and propose solutions;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practice;
- Proficiency in ERP Systems, Microsoft Office Programs and HR related tools.
