Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company that wholesales building materials for the following position:
SALES DIRECTOR
Location – CLUJ
Role: The Sales Director will be responsible to ensure profitable growth of the company sales in accordance with strategic goals of the company building mutual profitable business and satisfy customer’s requirements and consumer’s needs.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate the sales team to offer the B2B customers in the allocated area, the necessary consultancy and services according to the company standards;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Obtain the business performance of the subsidiary based on performance indicators;
- Ensure the achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals;
- Maintain the standards of operation of the subsidiary, appropriate levels of stocks and execution of all processes necessary for sale;
- Motivate and develop the professional potential of the sales team;
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. Evaluate the team in accordance with the company’s values and targets;
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts;
- Analyze financial records or reports to determine the state of operations.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- + 2 years relevant working experience with team coordination, management roles;
- + 5 years experience in working with B2B customers – sales roles;
- Experience in different fields such as: building materials, construction accessories, interior design materials, paints and consumables, roofing or similar;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Good coordination skills and the ability to motivate the team;
- Excellent communication skills, honesty, and integrity;
- Openness to work in a dynamic business environment where learning and adapting to change are constant;
- Ability to work organized, with attention to standards;
- Ability to work with planning, organization and reporting tools;
- Positive result driven and hands on attitude.
