BRANCH MANAGER
Location: CLUJ-NAPOCA
Role: The Branch Manager will supervise all areas of operation, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate a team of 10 engineers. Moreover, this position will pursue the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets to be achieved.
Essential Functions:
- Management of all operational aspects of the branch, including quality control, human resources and administration;
- Implementation of workflows and standards;
- Management of the budget;
- Part of the hiring process of the new employees;
- Training new employees;
- Increase the potential of the team by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation;
- Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities;
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly;
- Perform design engineering tasks as part of the project team;
- Coordinate all the financial and technical tasks of each project;
- Provide quality assurance reviews for ongoing projects;
- Network Development in order to increase the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required:
- +5 years of experience as Installation Design Engineer/Installation Engineer/Site Manager/Project Manager or similar;
- Bachelor’s & master’s degree in Installation Engineering;
- Experience in coordinating a team involved in designing projects;
- Experience in design software, BIM & Revit knowledge/experience is an advantage;
- English – conversational level;
- German – conversational level (represents and advantage);
- Good communication skills and coordination of technical teams;
- Relevant technical skills, knowledge of standards and legislation in the field.
