Psihoselect recruits for a partner company acting in the field of circular economy for the following position :

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Location: CLUJ

Role: The Head of Operations will oversee the daily operations of the site, ensuring efficient and sustainable processes. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to environmental sustainability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management within industrial and multinational environment.

 

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with the company’s goals;
• Organizing and managing the work and business operations company;
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency;
• Develop, manage, and oversee the operational budget, ensuring optimal use of resources;
• Lead and inspire the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
• Implement effective expense management strategies to enhance profitability;
• Proven experience in dealing with regulatory authorities and compliance matters;
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager when is needed;
• Analyze financial data and budget to monitor and enhance profitability, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions;
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and setting goals for professional growth;
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

 

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

 

• + 5 years of relevant working experience in operations management;
• Strong experience in management positions with background in Sales or Logistics – could be an advantage;
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Technical or other fields;
• Conversational level – English;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Willingness to travel to the local Business Units.
