Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production for the following position:
PROCESS ENGINEER
Location: CLUJ/ ALBA COUNTIES
Role: The Process Engineer will be responsible for the definition of the best practices within the processes, and assure the standardization of the procedures. Moreover, it will perform the training of the personnel based on the work instructions.
Essential Functions:
- Implement, maintain and improve the production processes;
- Update, maintain and verify the documentation for the products and equipment;
- Define and manufacture the technological flux and the technology of new products and equipment;
- Create the work instructions;
- Identify, order and validate the tools needed for making new products with existing equipment;
- Active participation in quality analysis in order to find a solution for the problems identified;
- Training the personnel from production based on the procedure, instructions and the documents created;
- Analyze the production and offer solutions in order to fix existing problems;
- Support in conducting the customer complaints;
- Assure technical support in the pre-series production by making orders and validating the process;
- Responsible for continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- + 3 years of relevant working experience in Process Engineer, Production Engineer or similar positions;
- Experience in Lean manufacturing represents an advantage;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technical domains such as Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical or similar;
- Knowledge of technical design (2D/3D AutoCad, Inventor, Solid Works or Catia) – represents an advantage;
- Good planning and organizing capacity to meet the standards of the tasks received;
- Good communication skills and teamwork;
- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge in ERP type programs;
- English level – conversational;
- Willing for business travelers occasionally.
