Psihoselect recruits for a partner company specialized in production for the following position :
SALES BACK-OFFICE SPECIALIST
Location: BUCHAREST
Role: Sales-Back Office Specialist is responsible for the commercial relationship with the assigned reseller partners; being part of a producer company of high value product and a worldwide brand, the Sales Back-Office Specialist is involved in the sales and after-sales processes, being responsible for a key component of the entire relationship and results regarding the assign reseller partner.
Essential Functions:
- Sales order processing in SAP (checking stock availability, stock arrival, price monitoring);
- Daily communication with customer representatives: confirmation of deliveries, checking stocks, moving stocks between orders, booking delivery slots, ensuring deliveries under the conditions established with partners;
- Management of outstanding orders of internal and external customers;
- Informing customers about new stocks, orders and allocation of registration numbers;
- Assistance for sales colleagues regarding promotional activities, checking stocks and returns;
- Day-to-day communication with internal and external transport partners to verify deliveries;
- Introduction and permanent updating the price lists in the system;
- Entering data in the forecast system;
- Constant communication with customers accounting departments to check balances, credit notes or invoices;
- Daily communication with the Headquarter – Finance Department to check customer credit lines, transfers;
- Authorization and verification of bonus invoices for customers or complains send by email;
- Generating specific reports, as an image of the activities on special indicators;
- Allocations management, build solid partnerships with clients based on understanding needs, objectives, strategies and internal systems;
- Meet the sales and profitability objectives set;
- Responsible for the constant increase of market share for the company’s products in the business of reseller partners;
- Promotion plan management for the company’s products with reseller partners;
- Monitorization and reports regarding activity of the competition, proposal and implementation of reaction actions;
- Portfolio of products management listed in the assortment of reseller partners.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required:
- Minimum + 2 years experience in Sales Back Office Specialist, Customer Support Representative, Order Flow Management, Order Processing Specialist or similar;
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) – is an advantage;
- Fluent in English – both orally and writing;
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization;
- Good collaboration skills & customer oriented;
- Attention to details and analytical thinking;
- Problem-solving skills.
