Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company for the following position:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Location – Cluj-Napoca

 

Role: The Business Development Representative is responsible for developing the business side of a company and dealing with the numerous business opportunities which are presented to an organisation throughout the year, in the B2B targeted customers area. BDR helps the organisation become successful rely upon in-depth knowledge of business to allow enterprises to grow.

 

Essential Functions:

· Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts;
· Prospect, qualify, and develop targeted B2B accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities. This includes target market penetration, trade show attendance, following up on marketing generated leads, webinar and event follow-up, and creative campaign;
· Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity;
· Disseminate opportunities to appropriate decision level, educating as necessary about the opportunity;
· Effectively handle and overcome prospect objections with confidence;
· Become a trusted resource and develop productive relationships with prospects;
· Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in CRM tool to ensure efficient lead management;
· Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generating targets to ensure territory revenue objectives and pipeline linearity;
· Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization;
· Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture;
· Develops adaptable solutions with the team members from financial and operational departments;
· Regularly visit existing accounts validating the service levels and develop new revenue streams;
· Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given;
· Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner;
· Prepare periodic reports and analyzes regarding the sales process: prospecting, offering and contracting services;

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

· + 3 years’ experience in sales and business development positions;
· Background in services sales positions;
· Self-starter with a track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization;
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business/economics or related discipline;
· Ability to handle ecosystem relationship management to achieve joint goals;
· Consistent track record of achieving measurable inside sales goals in a sales environment;
· Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships;
· Conversational in English;
· Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing, and presentation skills;
· The highest level of integrity;
· Loves to read, focus on personal development, respectful attitude towards environment;
· Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, MS Office, CRM);
· Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer-oriented skills;
· Ability to work both independently and within a team;
· Extremely organized and detail oriented;
· Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision- making skills;
· A passion for the customer experience; proven excellence in customer service;
· Available for travelling.
