Junior Recruiter Psihoselect

We are expanding our team and we are looking to find a hands-on and proactive colleague for the role:

 RECRUITER

Location: Cluj-Napoca

 

Essential Functions:

  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools;
  • Act as a contributor to the HR team and offer help and support in defining, refining, and continuous improvement on different HR processes;
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;
  • Working with managers to design job descriptions and competencies required;
  • Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc.;
  • Making advanced search on different top and middle management roles;
  • Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements;
  • Promoting the recruitment projects on social media;
  • Organizing and sustaining interviews;
  • Elaborating candidate profile reports for our clients;
  • Maintaining the relationship with the candidates;
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities;
  • Contact candidates to inform them of the status of their applications and provide feedback;
  • Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness;
  • Represent the company at job fairs and other Employer Branding events.

 

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

  • BSC in Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant degree;
  • Experience in volunteer programs or HR internships;
  • 1 year of proven work experience as a Recruiter will be a plus;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and project simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication skills, in both Romanian and English (verbal and written);
  • Desire and energy to continuously improve recruiting processes;
  • Ability to prioritize and handle own workload with a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude;
  • Proactive problem solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions;
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and accuracy;
  • MS Office suite, Social Media platform knowledge.
