Location – Bucharest
Role: The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves overseeing various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO and content marketing. This includes overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize them via trend analysis and data-driven decision making. They will also write and proofread engaging ad copy, make creative suggestions for ad templates, and prepare and present status reports to clients. This position will serve as a strategic component throughout our integrated marketing approach.
Essential Functions:
• Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals;
• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms;
• Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging content for websites, social media, and email campaigns;
• SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to enhance visibility and drive traffic;
• Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement;
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring data-driven decisions;
• Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI measurement;
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts;
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive;
• The position is part of a Global team – having support from the HQ.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field;
• + 5 years’ experience in digital marketing positions, e-commerce background is a must;
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and content marketing;
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot);
• English knowledge is essential, both written and spoken fluently;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills;
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically;
• Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus;
• Strategic and creative thinking – always focusing on innovative, but measurable solutions;
• Entrepreneurial and problem-solving spirit;
• Good ability and experience in working across teams and departments and agencies as vendors.
