Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in commercializing heating solutions, for the following position:
AREA SALES MANAGER MOLDOVA
Location: Iasi, Bacaut, Neamt
Role: The Area Sales Manager will be responsible of selling and promoting solutions of high-power heating equipment in Moldova area, for offices, residential buildings, commercial and industrial area.
Essential Functions:
- In coordination with the National Sales Manager, establishes the approach for developing a sales network from existing customers, but also finding new ones for the range under his responsibility (solar systems, condensing boilers, big floor standing boilers, heat pumps, etc).
- Presenting, promoting and selling the products and services, using solid arguments to existing and potential customers.
- Providing support for the Area Sales Managers in special projects including the range of products under his responsibility.
- Continuously raising the level of knowledge on solutions and technologies offered by the company.
- Following the sales and promotion on region assigned /territory of the products under his responsibility, together with the support of the Sales team.
- Knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
- Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan for Systems and Renewable products.
- Responsible for all aspects of customer relations and sales cycle to existing & new customers (price negotiation, contract management).
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- +5 years of experience in Sales /Projects / technical support; preferably of heating appliances and/ or electric appliances, A/C appliances – 2-3 years.
- Technical degree; Mechanical engineering .
- English knowledge at conversational level.
- Familiar with MS-Office-Applications and Excel.
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
- Specific technical knowledge and a previous experience in the field will be considered as a plus.
- Accountability, forward thinking, customer focus and problem-solving skills.
- Goal orientation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Driving license category B.
