Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production for the following position:

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Location: Alba County

Responsibilities:

Analyzes the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed;
Analyze areas of potential risk to the assets, earning capacity, or success of organizations;
Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts;
Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports;
Assess financial impact of operations changes
Act as a financial business partner for colleagues in production and logistic department
Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, according to the projects they are allocated;
Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data;
Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports according to the CFO request;
Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies;
Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts when needed
Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions.

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Business/Financial controller;
2 years finance/ audit experience;
Familiarity with production environment is an advantage
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
Excellent Excel skills;
Ability and knowledge to analyze financial data, prepare reports, statements, and projections.
Experience with creating financial reports;
Proficiency in English;
A can DO and very determined attitude, eager to learn and develop his/her skills;
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
Proactivity, result and client oriented person.
