Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for the following position:
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Location – Bucharest
Our partner is a world-class producer of textile goods including bedding products.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains and grows relationships with key customers (re-sellers and B2B), while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal;
- Retain existing business, while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in new accounts;
- Selling and supporting the firm’s complete product and service offering to an assigned set of accounts;
- Focusing on customers with high-value, strategic growth opportunity;
- Achieving an assigned sales and profitability goal;
- Retains and profitably grown firm volume, sales and profitability thorough proactive management of assigned large-customer relationships;
- Pro-actively seeks and penetrates new strategic accounts;
- Leads all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed or as directed by management;
- Develops customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a joint company/customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and company investments and establishes a clear action plan for success;
- Proactively manages customer’s satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems and monitoring satisfaction;
- Provide internal stakeholders with valuable input on competition activities, portfolio development, service problems and monitoring satisfaction;
- Enlists the support of marketing, product development resources, implementation resources, service resources and other sales and management resources as needed;
- Works closely with Customer Service and Product Development to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in relationship with Key Accounts customers;
- University degree;
- Very good sales and negotiating skills;
- Result oriented – ability to achieve the target within given time;
- Adaptability and planning – efficient under pressure, always meet deadlines;
- Critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills;
- Strong prospecting – account management and closing skills;
- Proficient in English (any other foreign language is a plus).
