Psihoselect recruits for a partner company specialized in distribution for the following position:

  TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location Cluj Napoca/Bistrita Nasaud

Role: The Technical Sales Representative, will works to apply sales strategies, to gain new customers and provide technical assistance, do research and present specialized solutions to fulfill customer’s needs – specialized stores, distributors, construction/installations companies etc.

Essential Functions:

• Sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers;
• Travelling to demonstrate products and educating potential customers about the functions of the product
• Executing plan of action to achieve sales goals;
• Finding new opportunities by intense and ongoing market research;
• Building relation with new customers and gaining new business;
• Providing continuity by creating visit reports and updating list of sales projects;
• Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
• Supporting marketing activities of the organization
• Planning and conducting demonstrations of products being in the portfolio;
• Conducting trainings on customers’ request and serving them with any other technical consultancy needed in range of product;
• Continuously raising the level of knowledge on solutions and technologies offered by the company;
• Using CRM and other corporate tools;
• Participating in training program offered by the company;
• Cooperating with other team members, departments and offices of the company;

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

• + 3 years’ experience in technical sales;
• Bachelor’s Degree, technical field is a plus;
• Strong knowledge of technical products;
• Fluency in English;
• Understanding and knowing CRM system – gladly seen;
• Communication skills; ability to develop a good rapport with others;
• Ability to deal with pressure (the work is target-led);
• Analytical skills;
• Being self-directed, self-disciplined and reliable, type of quick learner;
• Motivated intrinsically and orientated on his/her development in the organization;
• Driving license (B).
