Psihoselect is recruiting for a multinational partner company, specialized in production for the following position:
EMPLOYEE RELATION SPECIALIST
Location- Satu Mare
Role: The Employee Relation Specialist supports the Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.
Essential Functions:
• Close contact with the company Romanian HQ – HR Department – in order to align all the processes of the new location with the local subsidiary.
• HR personnel administration: Hiring process, Contractual changes, Drafting job descriptions, Maternity decisions & documents, Termination process;
• Maintenance and update of employee data (hires, terminations, vacations, medical leaves, and other absence etc.), ensuring the confidentiality of personal employee information;
• Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities;
• Register work contracts, addendums, and terminations into Revisal;
• Read through contracts, regulations, and procedural guidelines to ensure comprehension and compliance;
• Payroll administration: reporting of work time data to the external payroll company and coordination of employee communication related to payroll matters;
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of HR related date;
• Legal guidance to managers and employees: advice on labor law and documents;
• Ensure compliance with local labor law;
• Employee Data Management in HR System for ensuring data privacy, accuracy and integrity and confidentiality;
• Policy / procedure updates from HR admin area; Support disciplinary process with the creation of documents;
• Process improvement projects on HR admin area.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
• + 2 years relevant working experience as an HR Admin/ Employee Relationship Specialist;
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields;
• Conversational level in Romanian, Hungarian & English;
• Ability to prioritize and handle own workload with a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude;
• Knowledge of administrative and office procedures such as managing files and records, designing forms, and workplace terminology;
• Proactive problem solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions;
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and accuracy;
• MS Office suite, ERP type tools- HR modules, Social Media platform knowledge;
• Impeccable communication and organizational skills;
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws;
• Aware of RO employment legislation, including Revisal and related issues;
• Must be tactful, diplomatic and possess the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization.
