Psihoselect performs the recruitment and selection process for a partner company, specialized in the import, processing and distribution of raw materials for various industries, for the the following position:
BRANCH MANAGER
Location- BUCHAREST
Role: As a Branch Manager, you will develop and attain sales objectives, while managing the staff and encouraging a positive work environment. The Branch Manager ensures the customer satisfaction and the operation of the Center, through a practical, efficient approach with results in increasing productivity and achieving sales objectives.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion;
- Responsible for all the operations of the branch merchandise policy, human resources, inventory, sales, logistics and loss prevention;
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives;
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time;
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans;
- Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values;
- Implement strategies, sales plans, develop customer relationships (B2B, individuals and legal entities);
- Analyze financial objectives, business plans, financial forecasts, the business environment, market potential;
- Make predictions, monitor the evolution, identify the preferences and needs of the clients in order to determine the concentration of the sales efforts – monitor the activity of the competition (prices, services);
- Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance;
- Establish long-range objectives, specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them;
- Manage, solve clients’ requests and meet their needs, together with the team;
- Share experience, efficient practices, and opportunities with other branches;
- Exercise an appropriate level of leadership for the organization, manage the culture and build a team atmosphere;
- Identify, implement improvement actions that respond to challenges and support development opportunities.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- + 3 years relevant working experience with team coordination, management roles;
- Strong knowledge of operations in one of the following areas: sales/logistics/planning/operations/facilities;
- Strong budget development and oversight skills;
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Positive result driven and hands on attitude;
- Impeccable communication and organizational skills;
- MS Office suite knowledge;
- Driving license (B category);
- Availability to travel as needed.
