Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a multinational partner company for the following position:
CHANNEL SALES MANAGER
– INTERNATIONAL MARKET –
LOCATION: BUCHAREST
Role: The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for helping build, manage and support the evolution of the company Partnership Program at national and international level. In this dynamic and multi-faceted role, he/she is responsible for building relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. The Channel Sales Manager will design programs and operational processes for Software as a Subscription (SaaS) models: will use a data driven approach that incorporates partner and internal feedback to ensure partners’ success.
Essential Functions:
- Understand the changing market landscape and constantly be able to recommend new trends, partner needs, benefits and program requirements;
- Be comfortable presenting program ideas and results to management team, working closely with the CEO to develop new pilots, program landing, adoption, and potential partner recruitment to drive market engagement and expansion;
- Work cross functionally with partners and internal stakeholders to drive program adoption, profitability and success;
- Create program materials including guides, policies, other documentation for national and international partners as needed;
- Lead the international day to day operational efforts of the company to develop;
- Manage national and international onboarding for new partners (qualifying partners, contracting processes including partner due diligence);
- Work with the company legal team to ensure program agreements are complete and available for all regions across all program types (resell, service provider, distribution);
- Define and manage a successful contract process;
- Partner with Sales Operations team and Business Technical team to define program operational processes, system design and reporting required to support the changes and ongoing management of the program;
- Provide systems and processes that add value by increasing sale productivity through the partnership program;
- Coordinate communication on policies and procedures to support the partner road map;
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for partnership programs;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- + 2 years of experience in program management, partner development, or channel sales roles in the business technology market or related industry;
- + 5 years in sales or business development positions in technology or related, using well-structured sales metrics to track the development indicators;
- Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills;
- Experience working with various partner types across multiple regions;
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and identify areas of improvement/focus ;
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and detailed project management skills are required;
- Ability to move quickly, take initiative, multi-task and work cross-functionally;
- Self-starter and excellent analytical and data driven problem solver via collaboration;
- Willingness to listen, learn and incorporate other ideas into all aspects of the job;
- BSc degree in relevant field;
- Hands on experience with variety of software tools as user ;
- Proficiency in English;
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills;
- Availability to travel as needed.
