Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for a partner company specialized in providing automation products and services of installation for industrial machinery and equipment, for the following position:
CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location – Cluj Napoca
Role: work directly with customers to recommend products and services to fit their needs. A good customer service sales representative anticipates customer concerns and offers practical solutions to resolve them.
Responsibilities:
- Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services;
- Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease;
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times;
- Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use;
- Selling Customer Service products: service & maintenance contracts, trainings and spare parts;
- Working on quotations, contracts and internal documents for selling the company’s services;
- Travelling in Romania area, sometimes other countries for training purpose or customer relationship;
- Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team;
- Maintains customer records by updating account information, and proceed the administration part in order to deliver the services to the customer, at the highest level;
- Meet personal/customer service sales targets;
- Organizing preventive maintenance jobs and trainings;
- Cooperate with Customers to manage each individual project from the request until full payment;
- Collect ideas and customer feedback for developing our products and services;
- Take part on exhibitions in and out of Romania, support the organizational team.
Requirements:
- +3 years’ experience of customer service or sales experience preferred at B2B type of customers;
- Bachelor’s degree in technical fields or related to business knowledge;
- General knowledge of automation and its sales technique;
- Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team;
- Strong verbal communication skills in the English language;
- Must be comfortable working independently and self-learning;
- Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail;
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development;
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment;
- Driving license for company car (“B”);
- Willingness to travel, visit customers regularly;
- Excellent user of – MS Windows, MS Office, Internet etc.;
- Pervious sales trainings are advantage.
