We perform the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production for the following position:
HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Location – Cluj County
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems;
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinate and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations;
- Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures;
- Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counseling techniques, or documentation of performance issues;
- Supporting the department managers in elaborating and updating job descriptions;
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits;
- Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs;
- Identify vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants;
- Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements;
- Drafting and presenting the employment offers, individual labor contracts, additional documentation and the termination decisions;
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs;
- Plan, develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate methods and techniques for selecting, promoting, compensating, evaluating, and training workers;
- Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training, and health and safety programs;
- Creating and proposing the evaluation system of employee performance while managing the information at hand provided by the evaluation processes;
- Proposing and Implementing the action required in building and maintaining the brand as employer;
- Assure that all the documents needed for labor (Contracts, Additional Documentation, Decisions) are being drafted and registered in a correct and timely manner.
Requests:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related filed;
- >5-10 years relevant working experience in relevant HR jobs, preferably in a global environment;
- Knowledge the instructions, laws, regulations, orders and legal provisions in force;
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing;
- Trusted and professional business partner in HR;
- Positive result driven and hands on attitude;
- Strong communicator on management level;
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
