Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production and sales to different industries for the following position:
LEADERSHIP SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Location – Cluj Napoca
Role: Leadership Support Specialist provide comprehensive support in a confidential manner on attendance management issues to encourage early intervention and provide appropriate support. Advise managers in applying the company attendance management policy, procedures, and advise on actions to be taken.
Essential Functions:
- Managing the support daily activities of the President of EMEAA and leadership team members (approximately 22 members based in Europe);
- Coordinating at a high level and proactively managing communications, meeting scheduling, reporting and administrative functions, for the EMEAA leadership team;
- Controlling documents in accordance with the company standards including administrative records, management documents and applying appropriate standards, confidentiality and privacy;
- Managing the diary, meetings, travel and logistics planning for the EMEAA Leadership team, assuring all the compatibilities regarding hours, locations and availability of all variables;
- Monitoring relevant aspects regarding cost and expenses, provides to the VP Finance EMEEA the report and necessary actions, in order to have a functional and efficient team;
- Managing and monitoring of company credit card limits and actual expenses, adjustments as necessary in alignment with VP Finance EMEAA;
- Managing and administering all the processes according to the company standards, ready any time for a very transparent report to the Internal audit / Compliance officer;
- Building strong relationships with all team members within the area, with other areas of the organization and with a broad range of external stakeholders;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the services provided to the EMEAA leadership team, helping them become more efficient and accurate in their action and results;
- Maintaining a good relationship with both internal and external customers, suppliers and stakeholders;
- Participating in business projects as required.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- 3-5 years relevant working experience in similar roles at executive level;
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields;
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing;
- High level organisational skills, including experience organising self and others, coordinating and initiating work arrangements with minimal supervision and the capacity to work under pressure;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills including the ability to work independently, flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team, negotiate effective business outcomes and to initiate and respond to various correspondence;
- Demonstrated experience in the development, review and implementation of business processes and procedures and records management in accordance with set standards;
- Able to build business relationships both internally and externally;
- Strong business report writing skills;
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as a team member to achieve goals;
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to priorities and manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances;
- Ability to identify issues and propose solutions;
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc) and other relevant database programs, CRM type tools.
