Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner which is activating in FMCG industry:
MARKETING SPECIALIST
Location: Cluj-Napoca
Role: completing the marketing team with the purpose of implementing and analyzing marketing projects according to the marketing plan and the established objectives.
Essential Functions:
- Implementation of marketing campaigns (online and offline) and their analysis (conversion rates, traffic, potential customers, budgets, etc.);
- Helps to realize the marketing plan, marketing campaigns and strategies;
- Maintain the relationship with customers, suppliers, and collaborators in order to obtain the necessary materials for the implementation of marketing campaigns;
- Monitor campaigns to fit into the allocated budgets;
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies;
- Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing the collected data;
- Make articles with relevant keyword-based content on the blog;
- Make posts on social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) according to a posting plan established at the level of the department;
- Contributes and maintains the connection with the partners in order to obtain the necessary materials for making the posts (graphics, design, photo, video);
- Branding – contributes and supports the branding team (making new products, labeling, and packaging products);
- Update the company’s presentation, the products in an attractive, clear, and explicit manner, adapted to the communication channel and the target audience;
- Identify new distribution channels for products;
- Identify new possibilities of promotion and publicity of the products and of the company, of the company’s image;
- Organize events, fairs, product launches;
- Update the information on the company’s website.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- + 3 years relevant working experience in marketing department or related fields (product launches, organize events, BTL campaigns is an advantage);
- Experience in FMCG industries is a preference;
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields, or other relevant field experience;
- Strong communication and networking skills (internal and external);
- Conversational level in English;
- Proactive attitude oriented towards achieving objectives;
- Strategic and creative thinking – always focusing on innovative, but measurable solutions;
- Outstanding communication skills across numerous platforms including written, verbal, and multi-media;
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Programs or other relevant programs;
- Knowledge of administrative accounts of social media, e-mail marketing, ads;
- Basic knowledge of SEO.
