Psihoselect recruits for a top European industrial and logistics partner company specialized in commercial real estate development for the following position:
PROJECT MANAGER
Location: Oradea
Role: The Project Manager will develop and operate projects in Oradea, being responsible for project documentation and activities progress, controlling and coordinating the work as a part of the property management team in the company.
Essential Functions:
- Controls project documentation, scope, quality of materials and costs spending;
- Coordinates construction project documentation in all required steps (documentations for planning and building permit, tender documentations, etc) with all essentials;
- Responsible for completeness and quality in accordance with instructions, standards and specifications of the project;
- Coordinates and supervises activities, with other project managers and internal design team, of outside engineers, required in terms of providing necessary design documentation, controls and receives finished project documents or its parts;
- Ensures that the project runs to schedule and to budget, managing progress of work and finding solutions for problems that may cause delays;
- Provides support to buyers in a way of preparation and review of tender documents, checking compliance with project offers documentation;
- Controls and coordinates work on site, their quality and consistency of project documentation, coordinates preparation of documentation of changes in project implementation, leads control days with suppliers;
- Attends meetings with clients, collects all needed project documentation/info in order to proceed with detailed construction project documentation and scope of work and is responsible for the implementation of requested changes;
- Conducts regular site safety checks;
- Cooperation during budget preparation, tenders, construction time schedule preparation, monitoring of spending;
- Issues orders for work or material supply;
- Communicates with electro, gas or hot water suppliers and ensures contract;
- Controls daily the dedicated site and ensures the quality of the construction.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- 3-5 years of professional experience as Project Manager;
- 3-5 years of professional experience as project/ construction manager, preferably someone from large construction companies with proven experience in coordinating subcontractors on site;
- University degree in civil engineering or other relevant field;
- Relevant technical skills;
- Fluent spoken and written English;
- Team player with individual proactive approach;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong self-management skills to ensure timely delivery of site activities;
- Knowledge in AutoCAD;
- Experience with Office Package and MS Project;
- Driving license category B.
